Hydraulic double cylinder fusing kettle is the major equipment for fusing marking. Integrated multiplex hydraulic driving and stepless speed changing are adopted in the equipment which guarantee big pitch of strand, loaded operation and excellent function. It features forward and reverse stir. Imported energy saving burner of four ring fire is also adopted to make sure the burning efficiently happened. The equipment boosts efficient fusing, long lasting work hours, easy operation, less time consumed and easy maintenance.

Flux of 5.0L min and pitch of strand of 698kg. Large capacity of stir provides efficient fusing of paint. Oil won′t leak from the oil-tight framework.	Each one has three outlets. Soft components ate used in connecting point to prevent abrasion and provide more excellent function.	Forward and reverse stir and stepless speed changing are adopted. The specially designed unloading facility can prevent maloperation.	Flooding facility of overload is designed for it to prevent maloperation. When overload happens, hydraulic oil will go back to gasoline box and won′t damage the components.

It is equipped with thermometer of dual metal contacts which can scale the temperature of the paint in kettle accurately.	Make sure the material is fast and easily input.	The diesel is equipped with electric starting facility which reduces the labor intensity and makes operation more easy and fast in winter.	The fire is adjustable according to specific implementation. Gas leak will not happen with pin control valve.
